Abstract: This paper presents production processes used in a traditional company. Production processes are sequential, and apply to companies making mass production. This study refers to a company dedicated to the production of tequila a typical Mexican drink. We can perfectly identify the processes needed for the preparation. Many companies carry out their processes in a traditional way. However, these companies have had to adapt to technological changes to be competitive. Production processes applied to the production of tequila are well defined and allow the allocation of costs in each of the processes. The importance of this procedure has to do with training production, which makes a difference in quality, and is reflected in lower costs

Title: DIAGNOSIS TRAINING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE TUTOR IN A PUBLIC UNIVERSITY, DIAGNOSTICO DE CAPACITACION DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DEL TUTOR EN UNA UNIVERSIDAD PUBLICA
Abstract: In Mexican universities, the mentoring program is a tool that has worked with vague results. Although there are many success stories, there are still reforms and adjustments to be made. One of these is to review the training that teachers, who carry out this work, are provided. These teachers sometimes rely on outdated skills. In this research we consider an instrument to meet the training needs that require teachers to better perform. The method was quantitative and the sample was selected at random. We focused on knowing if teachers received training and had knowledge about university services to guide their students and the topics on which they would like to receive instruction
