This study identifies and analyzes inter-firm cooperation of micro enterprise in the state of Aguascalientes, under the following research question: What are the types of intercompany cooperation presented in the micro-businesses in Aguascalientes state. The sample was not probabilistic and the units of analysis were the micro enterprises that received support from the secretary of economy, located in the state of Aguascalientes and participated in the SME Forum 2012. The instrument used was designed by Araiza (2010) to measure the types of inter-firm cooperation and designed by Silva in (2010) and modified by Parga (2012) to measure the profile of an entrepreneur. The reliability of the instrument according to the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.925. We used descriptive statistics. The results show that companies located in Aguascalientes state capital include 30% which made cooperation, 40% do and 60% formal type casual. The results of the descriptive statistics show that 44.4% of the companies realize cooperation, 40% does it formally and 60% does it of an informal type. With regard to the profile of the entrepreneur, those that occupy positions of general manager, are those whose age exceeds 46 years, with an education of master and being in the main of the kind masculine and married. These companies account for 90% of companies in Mexico. They are a source of employment and self-employment. The purpose of this work is to identify the environment in which small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adopt information and communication technologies in the Mexican case. The results reveal that Mexican firms, especially SMEs, reflect an improvement in ICT adoption, however, they use basic ICT, such as PC’s, Internet and e-mail. There is a wide digital gap related to company size. Bigger companies wish make the most use of these technologies and smaller firms don´t take advantages of the potential benefits. The Commissioner function is to monitor and inspect the operations in a company to know and discuss their participation. From the Commissioner derives a series of responsibilities that he may not know. We examine specifically the situation in Mexico Monclova, Coahuila. In this area there is insufficient or no supervision exercised by the Commissioner on the managers of the company. When the commissioner knows their roles, responsibilities, rights and obligations he will be in a position to accept the post without the risk of being persuaded. We survey 30 commissioners of the city and find that 70% do not know their responsibilities and accept the position without knowing the effects. The establishment of the level of growth of the Utility of Water and Wastewater shall be supported to reduce their risks. The process of decentralization and divestiture of public bodies such conditions has led to completely new water companies. This process involves gradually reaching autonomy of public agencies. This paper shows a financial analysis of a body of water operator as a basis for achieving sustainable growth. One important result obtained in the analysis is that growth is being financed by the utilities is 56.92%. Thus, a very important part is financed with external resources. This research is hybrid, because theoretical and empirical sources show different aspects of the culture of the Sonoran businessman. The problems observed during consulting interventions, generated concern to investigate that the impact of ethical or unethical behavior has in the performance of family firms. Some of these businesses reported various existential crises stemming from unethical practices that broke family and business harmony, causing serious economic and emotional consequences. The importance of this study is to know managerial behavior so others can design corrective and preventive strategies to reduce risks.
